In this case, the response shouldn&#039;t have been, sue sue! but they should have followed the example of United and what they did in response to the United breaks guitars video. Horizon could have used this as an opportunity to increase people&#039;s opinion of their customer service; however, thanks to their rash legal response, they&#039;ve tainted their brand even more.</description>
