		<description>my thoughts on this are that the initial acid test decision on whether or not the ceo was the founder of the business. &lt;br/&gt;my experience has shown that ceo&#039;s etc can talk a lot more passionately (and therefore engage the audiece) if they actually had the idea for the company in the first place. &lt;br/&gt;ceo&#039;s who did not found the business can not possibly have the same amount of passion as a founder. &lt;br/&gt;i think this theory is applicable to larger companies (think virgin and richard branson).</description>
